Refund Policy

At  BlackBoost Australia, we are committed to providing high-quality performance products and excellent customer service. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Refunds

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
  • All accessories, hardware, manuals, and documentation must be included.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable unless faulty or supplied incorrectly:

  • Special order or custom-order products
  • Pre-order items
  • Installed or used products
  • Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse
  • Clearance or final sale items

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases on performance parts and special-order products.

In approved cases, a store credit may be offered at our discretion. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide photos/videos showing the issue.
  3. Include your order number and vehicle details.

Once inspected and approved, we may offer:

  • Replacement
  • Repair
  • Store credit
  • Refund (where applicable under Australian Consumer Law)

Installation Responsibility

All products should be installed by qualified professionals.

BlackBoost Australia is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect installation
  • Labour costs
  • Tuning-related damage
  • Vehicle compatibility issues caused by incorrect customer information

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using tracked and insured shipping for all returns.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

Special-order and pre-order items may incur cancellation fees.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
